[Workpiece Weight Capacity]
What is the loader’s maximum
payload capacity (kg)
under normal operating conditions?

Muratec’s gantry loader for the MW200 is available with payload capacities of 8 + 8 kg, 12 + 12 kg, and 16 + 16 kg.
Customers can select the loader specification that best matches their workpiece requirements.
(As standard, each loader is equipped with two loader chucks.)

If the workpiece weight exceeds the limit by even a slight amount, it is often necessary to upgrade the transport unit size, and the associated machine body also becomes larger.
On the other hand, in Muratec's case, the loader-side specifications can be adjusted individually, so we were able to support a heavy workpiece while keeping the machine size suited to the workpiece.

Since Muratec manufactures gantry loaders in-house, we consult on a case-by-case basis about handling workpieces beyond the figures in the catalog or option specifications.
