News on Joint Exhibition

Murata Machinery, Muratec, will jointly exhibit at "ACMEE 2025" to be held
from Thursday, June 19 to Monday, June 23, 2025, in collaboration
with our associate company MEIBAN ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. in India.

Infomation

We will be exhibiting Horizontal Twin Spindle CNC Chucker "MW100"
and Opposing Twin Spindle CNC Turn Mill Center "MT100".

Introduction of Exhibited Machines

MW100

【Basic Machine Specifications】
・Maximum chuck size：φ165mm(6 inch)
・Number of turret stations：8x2

【Features of the Exhibited Machines】
・Hard turning specifications capable of countermeasures against Interrupted Cutting and machining vibrations.

・Equipped with a medium-sized loader which can transport workpiece up to 2.0kg, φ80x60mm.

MT100

【Basic Machine Specifications】
・Maximum chuck size：φ165mm(6 inch)
・Number of turret stations：15×2
・Max. bar workpiece size：φ51 mm

【Features of the Exhibited Machines】
・2 spindle and 2 Turret machine with Y-axis and Milling Function for all stations and both turrets (Upper/Lower)
・Simultaneous processing with two turrets is possible on both the left and right spindles.
