We have heard that you used to use manual machines for production, but could you please tell us about the matters and concerns you faced during that process.

Before we use Muratec machine, single-spindle lathes were mainly used which required manual workpiece loading, and it had very limited productivity and working efficiency.
Also, we concerned about the physical strain on workers due to repetitive tasks and the risks about lack of automation.
To solve these problems and improve the quality of manufacturing, we decided to install Muratec machine.

Against such background, what was the reason for choosing our products as your first automated machine?

This is because we have determined that manufacturing costs can be reduced, and it would match with our strategies of increasing production capacity and lineup expansion.
Automated machine models with live tool functions can start producing more complex and value-added parts.
In addition, I felt that if there are features such as flexible changeover and stable machining accuracy of Muratec products, it will directly lead to improved operational efficiency and strengthened competitiveness in the market.

How did you find Muratec in Brazil?

At an exhibition that was held in Brazil.
There we could directly see the actual quality, characteristics, and case studies in manufacturing area.
Also, we have partner companies that already using Muratec machines, and we were able to hear about their impressions, which also encouraged our decision.

Entering new markets and diversifying our product lines are our strategies.
In this context, Muratec is an important partner in the development of secondary processing and has made a significant contribution in terms of technical and economic aspects.
In the future, we hope to expand our production capacity and deliver higher quality and competitive products to markets.
