We already have installed 9 machines in your factory, but could you please tell us the factor you keep choosing Muratec products?

We evaluate it as a machine that keeps stable operation and not easy to breakdown.
In our company, the production lines are running at full capacity 24 hours a day, 4 days a week, which put big strain on machine spindles and often cause the breakdown.
Muratec machines have high rigidity and reduce wear of the spindles so the problems around the spindle are decreased.
Also, I feel that there is no problem with having maintenance time once a week, and it doesn't take much effort.

How is the condition of Muratec machines that you have used for many years?

Machines which are more than 10 years old are still running very well.
The necessary parts for maintenance are well stocked in Muratec, including parts that are also more than 10 years old, so our factory can work at ease.

How do you feel about using our products?

I like the ease of operation of the loader.
There are several times in a day to have changeover of loader chuck jaws, and after that, we should make loader teaching (core adjusting).
At that time, the core of the workpiece is displayed on the NC screen, and it is easy to operate because it can be seen intuitively with eyes rather than by sence.
Since we often do it as our daily work, I feel that this function has reduced our man-power jobs.

Final question, could you please tell us about your future prospects and challenges?

We would like to focus on selecting machines and building lines that can handle not only mass production but also high-mix production.
Until now, mass production has been our main focus for automotives, but with the shift to EVs, the composition of parts has changed, and production lines need to be more flexible to accommodate them.
In the future, we would like to keep up with these changes and provide our high-quality products to all industries.
