Many of our parallel 2-spindle CNC chucker "MW series" have been used in your factory, but could you please tell us what you like about their usability?

I like that the spindle chucks are facing the front, making it easy to check the quality of the machined hole even during processing.

In addition, the replacements of chuck jaws, tools, and inserts can be done in a comfortable position, which also reduces the burden on our operators.

Do you have any other feedback from your operators?

Since the front and back processing can be completed with one machine, the number of machine in charge has been reduced from two sets of single-spindle lathe to one MW series machine, and maintenance & setup time has been shortened.
In addition, with this change in production system, we are also feeling the good effects in terms of quality control. Until now, there were cases where the person in charge was divided on the workpiece front side and back side, and there was a slight deviation in the chucking position depending on the person in charge, and it was easy to see variations in accuracy.
Therefore, it was difficult to identify the cause of the inaccuracy defect, but after the use of Muratec MW series, it became possible to check each machines and quality management came to be simpler than before.

In order to maintain such quality, could you tell us the factor when you chose the parallel 2-spindle CNC chucker "MW100II" and "MW120II"?

It's because there is no vibration effect, including transportation, and high productivity is ensured.
Some of our products require interrupt cutting, also the amount of production is also increasing.
Therefore, it was necessary for us to pursue further productivity than the previous MW series, and at that time, "II series" was introduced from your sales.
I heard that it adopts a higher rigidity and faster loader system than the previous ones, and I expected that it would lead to a cycle time reduction.
In the actual machine test at the showroom, we could confirm that there was surely no vibration effect not only during processing vibration but also when the loader was running, so we decided to choose it with confidence.

Final question, could you please tell us about your future prospects and challenges?

We have established a new factory to increase our production, and we would like to work on strengthening our inventory system in the future.
