Muratec in-house manufactured 3-axis gantry loader
An efficient layout that makes effective use of the overhead space.
It is mounted on the machine and shipped as is.
On-site installation is easy, just place it
without requiring any installation labor.
It can move not only up and down and left and right,
but also forward and backward.
So there is no need to adjust peripheral equipment position.
The gantry loader X axis length is flexible
and twin gantry loader spec is also available.
It can only be achieved through in-house production.
A variety of functions based on our experiences
When the program stops, gantry loader memorizes the work status during operation.
Gantry loader can be restarted just by returning Y axis to original point.
There is no need to remove the workpiece, return it to the starting point,
and then restart it again.
*Since it is an in-house design, many other convenient optional functions are available.
