[Up to 65 sets of trays can be stocked]
The Tray Feeder that can be used
like a stackable rotary stocker without
requiring extra space for installation.

To address get over this customer's challenge, our peripheral unit design team and sales departments worked together and proposed the Tray Feeder, an automatic peripheral unit that uses trays.

The tray feeder can stock up to 65 sets of trays, providing big storage capacity.

Additionally, the basic design of tray feeder is based on the conventional stackable rotary stocker, so it can be used in limited spaces such like this customer’s case.

*Latest information as of July 2025: The specification of “maximum of 65 sets of trays” has been added. The number of tray sets that can be loaded varies depending on the external dimensions of the trays.

The Tray Feeder realized to keep the space efficiency and the necessary stock amount for unmanned nighttime production.
We also received the following comments from the customer:
- Pallet jig adjustment of stocker unit becomes no longer necessary since the trays only need to be replaced when changing target workpieces.
- The trays used for this unit are commercially available standard products, so they are easy to get, and easy for maintenance.
Although stackable rotary stockers are simple and versatile, we sometimes hear that adjustment work for changeover is difficult.
We also have developed a new peripheral unit called “Flexible Multi-Flow Conveyor” that specializes in changeover setup rather than stocking capacity.
