Could you please tell us how you feel about using our products and what you like about them?

We appreciate the high operation rate, but what I like best is the gantry loader.
Unlike conventional external loaders, Muratec’s loader is integrated with the machine body, enabling unified control and operation for enhanced usability.
Additionally, its three-axis movement enables flexible handling, which made integration with peripheral units and the next operation's machine exceptionally smooth during setup.

Could you please share more details about your experience with uptime and overall performance?

Because the Muratec machine system is an all-in-one integrated system, the number of unexpected machine stops is quite low. 
Its stable cutting accuracy enables long hours of continuous automatic operation, so we feel our production is secured.
Even if the machine stops, the “intermediate restart” function allows the system to resume with a single button press, making recovery quick and effortless.
This fast recovery capability is a significant advantage for us.

One of the key features of the "Intermediate Restart" loader cycle is that when the machine stops, the loader automatically returns to its home position, allowing operations to resume immediately.
Compared to conventional manual recovery methods, this function has been highly praised for reducing recovery time by approximately 50%.

I was truly impressed by your company—your entire factory demonstrates a strong commitment to automation machinery.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the depth of knowledge of your staff regarding automation technologies.
Their cooperative and professional attitude, as well as their advice, made a very positive impression on me.

Final question, could you please tell us about your future prospects and challenges?

Looking to the future, our company aims to focus more on producing high-value components for electric and hybrid vehicles (EV/HV).
As these products require even greater precision, we continually work to enhance our technical capabilities to meet market demands.
